In this episode, we crack open a few bottles of Flyin Monks by Adelbert’s Brewery in Austin, Texas. In an effort to accentuate the woody and dark flavors expected of a quadrupel ale, Adelbert’s conditions this brew with oak cubes from the Spirit of Texas Distilleries’ Pine Street Rum.
