Bill of Rights: A Eulogy

After over 200 years, we check back on the Bill of Rights to explore where it stands now.

Some of the rights outlined in the first 10 amendments to the US Constitution are more easily identifiable as having been partially or even completely eroded, but in this episode we explore each of them individually, discussing their history and how they have evolved in interpretation over time. On top of the one by one discussion, we also take some time, given the proximity to July 4th, how the Bill of Rights relates to the Declaration of Independence.
