In our second episode of our Government Gone Wild series, we discuss the changes of the legislative branch of the United States federal government from the time of its inception to today.

In this episode, we explore the powers of the legislative branch as set forth by the Constitution of the United States. We stop point by point to clarify some issues and then discuss how each power has been carried out. We also take some time to discuss what powers the legislative branch has given up, what powers they have taken from other branches, and even what powers they may have pulled out of thin air. Please enjoy as we discuss our legislature gone wild!
