In this week’s episode, the Six Pack Team dives head first into a pack of Hefe-Weizen by Paulaner Munchen Brewery in Munich, Germany. The general agreement about this brew was that it was well-made although Mike found it to be a bit strong on the banana notes and carbonation. The aroma is bold to be sure, and the fruitiness is balanced with a nice wheaty, yeasty quality. All in all, it is a hefe-weizen to measure others against which is a good place to be. Would drink, but wouldn’t go out of our way to buy it again.
