May Day Mishaps

Happy May, Everyone.

So it’s not a recognized holiday by and large, but since this release date coincides so conveniently with May Day, we thought it would be timely to take a look at this ancient holiday and explore what it has turned into in comparatively recent history. As a celebration of the fertility of the land and the humans who tended it, this at times raucous celebration can be traced back to numerous societies and cultures. However, in recent times, this semi-holiday has come to be associated with a worker uprising and upset of the class structure. Grab a drink as we take a look at its transition.
