Could a parliamentary system be a more representative structure than our own?

So we’re pretty familiar with how the Senate and House work, and on the surface it may seem that Parliament functions similarly, but beyond the surface things get kind of weird. Well, weird for what we’re used to. From the makeup of their districts, to the frequency of their elections, what this show seeks to do is shine some light on a system that we should all be more comfortable with if for no other reason than that it is one of the most used forms of government in the world.
