Regulating Your Rights

Once your rights are listed, can there be further restrictions placed on them?

In lieu of the most recent mass shooting, our nation is again having the discussion of what restrictions could possibly be placed on the second amendment. With that in mind, the Six Pack team has joined together to take a look at the Bill of Rights in the United States Constitution amendment by amendment to determine if there is any point at which those can be reasonably restricted. Of course, what does reasonable mean? I suspect we’ll discover that even the founding fathers weren’t sure.
