In this week’s episode, the Six Pack team brings in a pack of Salvator Double Bock by the Paulaner Munchen Brewhouse in Munich, Germany. This brew is actually the one that started it all for this brewery way back in 1634 with a name that translates roughly to “holy father of beers”. With hundreds of years to perfect this bock, the brewmasters of Munich have refined this blend to provide a hearty malt and smooth finish that would go perfectly with a quality steak dinner.
